These terms are an agreement between you and 4Food LLC ("we", "us") for using Coin-Op City: the machines, the website at coinopcity.com, and the dashboards. By signing up or using it, you agree to them.
Coin-Op City provides interactive machines that streamers add to their live streams and that viewers play through the stream's chat. We host the machines and keep them running, and we may improve, change or add to them over time.
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to sign up as a streamer, and give accurate details. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-ins safe. You may only connect channels you own or are authorized to manage.
Coins, skins, colors, rewards and every other item in Coin-Op City are game points with no monetary value. They can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or anything else of value, and they aren't your property. As a streamer, you agree not to offer real-world prizes, money or anything of value for coins or results in the game, and not to present the game as gambling.
You're responsible for following the rules of the platforms you stream on (YouTube, Twitch, Kick and others), including their rules on simulcasting, automated content, paid features and community guidelines. Coin-Op City gives you settings to help (such as a separate Twitch machine), but how you use them is your choice.
Don't use Coin-Op City to break the law or anyone's rights, to harass people, to spread hateful or sexual content involving minors, or to attack, overload, copy or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Viewers play for free. Their names and game records appear on the stream and its dashboard, as described in the privacy policy. We filter names and supporter messages, but streamers remain responsible for moderating their own chat.
Coin-Op City, its machines, art, music, code and name belong to 4Food LLC. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to show the machines on your own streams while your plan is active, including in recordings and clips of those streams.
We work to keep Coin-Op City running around the clock, but it depends on the internet, our hosting and the platforms' own services, so we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. We keep your data for 90 days after your plan ends, then delete it.
Coin-Op City is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost revenue, or a platform's action against your channel), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and tell account holders about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which 4Food LLC is organized, in the United States.
